Jo is a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist and Prescriber through Mind Medicine Australia training and is involved in research here in Aotearoa. Although Jo is not aligned to some of the more commercial aspects of this modality she is happy to help support you with challenging experiences and discuss if this mode of healing is right for you within legal frameworks. Jo may explore inner child and wounded parts with Internal Family Systems informed perspective, values based (ACT) and interpersonal therapy timeline approaches long or short term.
